Membership/certification options

1. Join Conserv only

Membership in Conserv costs $100.00 per year. Membership provides viewing capability for 100% of listing information submitted for Potential Conservation Properties in the Conserv Potential Conservation Properties Marketplace, Conserv logo downloads in a wide variety of file formats, free admission to Conserv events, and technical support with Potential Conservation Property questions.  Any person or organization may become a member of Conserv.

2. Become certified as American Conservation Broker

Certification costs $500.00 for 2 years and includes a 2 year membership in Conserv. Certification is only open to REALTORS and other conservation organizations as approved by Conserv. Certification provides free listing capability in the Conserv Conservation Properties Marketplace, viewing capability for 100% of listing information submitted for Potential Conservation Properties in the Conserv Potential Conservation Properties Marketplace, Conserv and American Conservation Broker logo downloads in a variety of file formats, conserv Newsletters, free admission to Conserv events, and technical support with Potential Conservation Property and Conservation Property Marketplace questions.

Conserv is a 501 c-6 organization (pending). Fees for membership and certification are tax deductible as a business expense (as a reasonable amount) for the services received, and only for those in the real estate business.  The donation is not deductible as a charitable contribution.
