Certification offered by Conserv is the mechanism through which actors involved in the real estate marketplace are provided opportunity to act in a more ecologically-friendly manner. Conserv currently offers the American Conservation Broker (ACB) certification program. ACB certification classes are currently offered in the mid-Atlantic region only through classes sponsored by area associations of REALTORS. An on-line curriculum is under development and will soon be deployed through this site. The International Conservation Broker certification and American Sustainable Development certification are under development.
