2011 Conservation Meadow Services Research

Summer intern Linnea Saby is helping out with new Conserv Initiative Conservation Meadow Services (CMS) - focusing on  advertisement, research, meadow installation, and by starting a native plant nursery in her own backyard in Nelson County. She is a rising senior at Guilford College in Greensboro, North Carolina where she studies Environmental Studies and Religious Studies, is in the honors program, and ran on the cross country and track teams for two years. Her interest in environmental studies began in part as a student of CMS Project Manager and former Renaissance School Environmental Science Instructor John Hermsmeier’s in high school, and she is now looking into environmental law school after graduation next year.
