Conserv will soon begin work on an overhaul of the 2009 American Conservation Broker curriculum for 2010. American Conservation Broker: 2010, will feature the following new modules designed to prepare brokers and sales agents for the latest emerging environmental challenges, including:

- Alternative septic system design and maintenance awareness training, including companies to call to assist buyers and sellers.

- Rainwater harvesting design and maintenance awareness training, also including companies to call for assistance.

- New and proposed stormwater policies and programs and related design and maintenance awareness training for residential AND COMMERCIAL land uses, and including companies to call for assistance.

Of course a focus of each of these new modules will include discussions on disclosure and implications for buyer/seller representation.

We will also revise and expand our conservation stewardship awareness training.
